Will it really clean without fluoride?

Yes. The cleaning comes from your brush and the paste’s polishers: calcium carbonate and hydrated silica scrub and help polish away surface stains, and a coconut-derived cleanser lifts it all off. Fluoride isn’t a cleaning ingredient. The clean, fresh feel is what reviewers talk about most.

What does it taste like?

Strong and cold: cornmint and peppermint oils with a touch of tea tree, sweetened with xylitol and stevia. Fresh, not medicinal.

Does it foam?

Lightly. The foam comes from cocamidopropyl betaine, a cleanser made from coconut, not SLS, so it doesn’t fill your mouth with suds.
